Tomorrow = Last full day of prep before COD!
So much to be done, but so far everything has gone pretty well.
The guest list is set, and the final count is 17. I will be making food for 4 of my chefs, my boss, and these 12 amazing people:
Mommy and Daddy, Rachel, Vicky, Ema, Grandpa, Mamaw, Caitlyn, Reagan, Katie, Stephanie, and Greg.
:) Stoked! I love these people so much and am excited to make them my food and give them a tour of the kitchens that I’ve been learning and cooking in for the last 2 years.
Sliced open my finger.
Such a nice way to start of the first day of prepping for my final project.
Other than that everything went well. Got lots done and am excited to get more done tomorrow! It helped that I was super organized with a detailed prep list.
So far I’ve finished my:
-chicken demi
-citrus sambal
-ginger tea
-peanut sauce
-pandan krupuk
-And prepped for the consommé for my soup.
Will be posting my menu and plate presentations soon!
Only a few days to go.
Can’t believe that my final project is almost here!!
It’s been taking over my entire life though (as you can tell just from the fact that I am on tumblr posting this at 2am), and I’ve forgotten to keep posting my “Fear Not” verses. That will happen again shortly.
I will also be posting my final menu and my plate presentation sheets for anyone who is interested in looking at them.
Only 12 people are going to be able to come and eat my 5-course meal, but I would like for everyone who isn’t able to come to see my menu.
I will also hopefully be able to post COD pictures after the event is over.
:) So excited to share with you.
That one in the middle doing that crazy “splits in the air” move? Yeah, that’s my little sister.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
